Opening the door she found Sheldon standing in his flannel blue bath robe giving her the glare of death.

“Yes Moonpie?”

“Please don’t call me that.”

“Yea, whatever…So what can I do for you?” She asked.

“I would like to kindly ask you to refrain from your vocalization exercises this early in the morning for the foreseeable future.”

“Say Huh?”

“Could you please stop singing “Baby Got Back by Sir Mixalot.” My inner ear canals are about to bleed.

“Fine!” She said slamming the door in his face.

Opening the door Sheldon found himself on the end of a glare from his blonde neighbor.

“Yea?” Penny said crossing her arms.

“Here, I brought this CD over for you to listen to” Sheldon said handing her the CD.

“It’s a CD of some songs I thought would be perfect for you vocal range.” He explained.

“Such as?”

“Such as the lovely tune by Enya called Oronoco Flow” Sheldon said with a small grin.

“Thank you Sheldon I’ll start practicing this later today.”

“Good, I truly hope so.”

Title: Laundry Logarithm

Author: Annjej76
Words: 100
Pairing: Sheldon/Penny
Fandom: Big Bang Theory
Rating: G
Author's Note: Recently downloaded this song to my iPod.

Penny tried not to laugh as she stood quietly watching. She held up her cell phone to capture the laundry dance of one Sheldon Cooper. She was intrigued by his movement as he folded his laundry while listening to his iPod. He was singing along and she smiled as she recognized the song. She hadn’t counted on Sheldon being into early 90’s music.

“I so have to get that song” she thought as she went back upstairs.

She knew she’d have “Stand by R.E.M” stuck in her head when she did her laundry.

Maybe he wasn’t a wackadoodle after all.

Writer's Block: The Kids' Section

What was your favorite movie when you were a kid? Is it still your favorite now that you're older?
I'm weird, but my favorite film growing up was "Revenge of the Nerds." I still cry at the end when Gilbert asks who has ever been called a "spaz, loser, weirdo, etc" to come down and join them and like 3/4ths of the crowd comes down. I also had the biggest crush on Robert Carradine and Anthony Edwards. They were both so young and hot. Of course I had a thing for men in glasses. Still do to this day. Still laugh and cry during that film. It has a very special place in my heart, it made me realise that being different was okay and that I wasn't alone in the world.
