Life...

So I have an issue I'll pose to all my friends who are fans of BoB. Recently at Denny's the past few Sunday's an elderly man has come in wearing a hat that states "101st Airborne". He looks the right age to be a paratrooper in WWII. Here's my dilemma. Do I go up and thank him for his service and ask which company he was in? or Do I let him live in peace? I refuse to be a fangirl of these men. They are NOT celebrities but did only what their country asked them to do. I'm torn. On one hand I want to hear his story and on the other I don't want to impose.

Second, am going to need a Beta. I signed up again for the Big War Bang again and will finish my story this time around. If your interested hit me up.

So how is everyone else doing?

I'd let someone else make the first move or ask around. Has he been a regular before? Did they ask him already?

Now, I had a gentlemen at work. His name was Darwin which I'll never forget, that was his first name. Anyway, he LOVED talking about his service in WW2. He'd even bring in his scrapbooks once a year so we could all see them. He worked in the office with the telegraph so he still had the ticker tape that Japan had surrendered.

Asking around sounds wise, although I guess if he's wearing the hat he probably would expect to get the occasional question.
